Privacy Policy

TopSummit is deliberately simple: there are no accounts, no passwords, and no ad trackers. Here is everything the Site touches.
What we collect
- Visit counts. Your browser stores a random session ID (not linked to your identity) and pings our server so we can show "visitors" and "online now" numbers. We don't collect your IP address, name, or device fingerprint in our own database.
- Click counts. When someone clicks a sponsor's flag, we count the click against that sponsor's domain. The count is a number — nothing about the clicker is stored.
- Placement data. If you claim a spot, the URL and description you submit are public by design — that's the product.
- Local preferences. Things like your session ID live in your browser's localStorage and never leave your device except as described above.
Payments
Checkout is handled entirely by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Your card, UPI, billing address, and email go to Dodo — never to our servers. We receive only the payment's status, its ID, and the placement details you entered. See Dodo Payments' own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Third-party services the Site loads
- Supabase — hosts our database and functions (placement and counter data).
- Dodo Payments — payment processing.
- Google Fonts — typefaces.
- CDN-hosted libraries (jsDelivr) — page code.
- Favicon services (images.weserv.nl, unavatar.io) — sponsor logos are fetched by your browser from these image proxies.
Each of these sees the network requests your browser makes to it, as with any website.
What we don't do
No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, no selling or sharing of personal data, no email lists. We have almost nothing about you, and we like it that way.
Data removal
Sponsor placements are public and expire naturally when cut off the mountain. If you want your placement or its click history removed sooner, email us and we'll delete it.
